Yesterday, the Public Transport Council released the latest Public Transport Satisfaction Survey. According to the Channel NewsAsia report , “Satisfaction levels with MRT services dropped to 91.8 per cent from 96 per cent in 2016.”
Wow… 91.8% people were satisfied? Sure anot? Did they survey car drivers and people who take taxis, Grab and Uber? The numbers are simply #unununbelievable
Then this morning wake up, reach MRT station, kena greeted by this sign:

Do maintenance during rush hour??? Like how Haidilao close for renovation during CNY reunion period is it? Breakdown say breakdown lah!
